Global Shipping Policy

  • Once we receive the final measurements and payment, orders are dispatched within 21 days. Thereafter it takes 4-5 days more to reach you. Due to intricate work, some products may take longer to deliver.

  • The aforementioned shipping duration is approximate and we request the customer to contact us for exact timings. The shipping company may even leave the parcel at front door. We are not liable in such cases and there would be no refunds for such claims. We are not liable for any delays by the courier company and will not be able to refund, return, exchange or replace items for such delays.

  • We endeavor to utilize standard shipping services at the lowest possible charges. Shipping is free for deliveries within India. International deliveries will be charged USD 50 per product and Shipping is free for orders above USD 599.

  • The courier company will make two delivery attempts, failing which it will take applicable action. The shipping company may also send the parcel back to us (In India) or the shipper's local office, hence "customer needs to pay us/shipping company", if they need the parcel re-shipped. The reason for such payment is, the shipment has to go through whole process again and it attracts charges for the new shipment. No cancellation of an order or refund claims would be entertained in such cases. It may also charge a penalty for incorrect shipping address given by customer. All such charges will have to be borne by the customer. No refunds/returns would be issued in such cases.

  • An email with shipment details is sent out to the customer once the item is handed over to the courier company. Using these, the customer may track the shipment through the courier company's website.

  • Applicable duties and taxes, and service charges if charged, will have to be borne by the customer. International customers are supposed to pay for any import / custom duties or any other taxes applicable in their respective countries.

  • We ship to all countries via reputed reputed logistic partners such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX. ARAMEX.

  • Tracking is available on all shipped orders. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. Business days are counted Monday to Friday except public holidays. Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where you are usually present between 10 am to 6 pm on business days.

  • If the items in your order have different shipping timelines, we will consolidate the order and ship once the entire order is ready. Incase, for a special reason, you need your items to arrive in multiple shipments, so that the faster items reach you first, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate the request.

  • If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us by writing to connect@woolhubexport.com or call us on +91-9718643344. We make sure that all parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our warehouse. Woolhub Export will not be responsible for lost articles from the parcel if you accept a damaged parcel.

  • If you have not received your order during the slated time period, please inform us by writing to us at connect@woolhubexport.com or call us on +91-9718643344, so that we can follow up on your order and update you on the status. We are really sorry about not being able to deliver your order within the time frame committed.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a product/order you did not order, please accept the article/order and inform us about the article at connect@woolhubexport.com. We will arrange to get the article collected from you. Used, damaged products or products with missing accessories will not be accepted.

Payment Policy

  • We provide secure online payment options through Paypal (www.paypal.com). Customers can pay using a credit card, debit cards, online banking, etc.

  • You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on the website will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which does not lawfully belong to you i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details. Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by us with any third parties unless required by law, regulation, or court order. Our company will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of credit card fraudulently will solely be incurred by you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall exclusively rest upon you.

  • Our company reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyers fees from persons using the Website fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the website and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

  • Apart from Online payment, we also accept payments from Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, or other export payment modes.
